"I started taking MellowPause 9 days ago; for the past 5 nights I have had no hot flashes or night sweats and have had 6 - 8 hours uninterrupted sleep. Be sure when you use herbs to report the ingredients to physicians or nurses when asked about what medications you take. Many doctors now, especially Emergency Physicians are referencing the information on these products before administering medications to avoid drug interactions.

Herbs are powerful medications that do work. We have a hard time finding them because large pharmaceutical companies are not spending millions of $$ marketing them to Medical doctors.

Remember, good nutrition, exercise, and hydrate too.
